Bradley’s Gardening isn’t a franchise and it isn’t a crew. It’s Bradley. That’s the whole business, and it’s why the phone gets answered by the person doing the work.
The person

That’s the entire operation: one person, one set of tools, and a service area built around the eastern suburbs so he’s not driving an hour to reach a lawn. It means the person who quotes the job is the person who does the job, and the person who answers when something needs sorting out.
Customers describe the same three things, repeatedly: he communicates, he’s cheaper than the quotes they got elsewhere, and he turns up when he said he would. One customer has had him on a fortnightly cycle for three years and watched the service stay consistent the whole way through. Another followed him from one strata complex to their own building, which is about as strong an endorsement as a garden service can get.
